The Fairly OddParents is an American animated television series created by Butch Hartman. It airs on the children's television network Nickelodeon, and is currently one of the most popular shows on that network, second only to SpongeBob SquarePants. The television series is produced by Frederator Studios for the Nickelodeon cable channel, and distributed in Africa and the Middle East by the Canadian animation company Nelvana.
